Salary, Benefits and other Conditions for Post – 2:
- Initial 2 (two) years will be treated as Probationary Period which may be extended.
- Upon successful completion of Probationary Period and based on the results of trainings and/or performance evaluations, an Executive Trainee, a Medical Officer and a Junior Executive Trainee will be appointed in the regular employment for the post of Assistant Manager or equivalent at Grade-8, Medical Officer or equivalent at Grade-8 and Sub-Assistant Engineer or Sub-Assistant Manager or equivalent at Grade-10 respectively.
- Working Station will be at any Nuclear Power Plant of Bangladesh or at any place to be determined by NPCBL.
- During Probationary Period, an Executive Trainee will be entihttp://npcbl.teletalk.com.bd/npcbl2024/d to Consolidated Pay and Festival Allowances; Consolidated Pay per month shall be Taka 35,600/- (Thirty-Five Thousand Six Hundred) for an Executive Trainee or a Medical Officer, while Taka 27,100/- (Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred) for a Junior Executive Trainee.
- Upon regular employment of NPCBL, Salary and Benefits shall comprise Basic Pay, Residential Accommodation (or House Rent Allowance @ 40%-60% of basic pay if Residential Accommodation cannot be provided) and Project Allowance / Power Plant Allowance @ 40% of basic pay (if applicable), and Leave Encashment, Contributory Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Gratuity and some other fringe benefits as applicable as per NPCBL Rules and Policies. Basic Pay shall be Taka 62,400/- (Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred) for Grade-8 and Taka 48,000/- (Forty-Eight Thousand) for Grade-10.
- At the time of joining, an incumbent will be required to submit a Signed Surety Bond that he/she shall serve NPCBL for at least 10 (ten) years from joining date and if he/she leaves NPCBL willingly before completion of 10 (ten) years of service with NPCBL then he/she shall be liable to pay to NPCBL the total money spent for him/her by NPCBL / Government of Bangladesh / any other authority.
- At the time of joining at NPCBL, an incumbent will be required to submit Declaration regarding Confidentiality and Security and a declaration that if at any time he/she is found to be harmful for the security of the company or of the state or of the government or of any NPP then the authority may take any legal action including immediate termination of service without any compensation.
