Conditions:

1. The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Jhenaidah district by birth.
2. The applicant will have to make a written application in the prescribed form. It will not be acceptable without the written application.
3. The Deputy Commissioner of the Government, Jhenaidah, will have to arrive at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jhenaidah, during the office during the next 04/02/2024, addressing Jhenaidah. No direct application will be accepted. The application received after the stipulated time is not acceptable. The name of the position in the thick letter on the envelope, the special quota (if any) and the full name of the applicant on the left side And the address should be written in clear letter. The prescribed application form can be found from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, the local government branch of Jhenaidah or on the website www.jhenaidah.gov.bd.bd.
4. The required information should be provided according to the directive and demand of the prescribed application form.
5. In the case of married women candidates, the husband’s permanent address must be mentioned.
6. The age limit of the candidate should be between 1 and 5 years on 8-12-220. In the case of children of freedom fighters or candidates with disabilities, the age limit is relaxed up to 12 years. 7. The following papers should be attached with the application form-

A) The newly taken 5 (three) copy (3 9 cm) verified by the first class gazetted officer should be attached at the designated location of the application form and the color photo of 12 (two) copy size should be submitted. The authentic officer must have a clear seal with the name and designation.

B) Citizenship Certificate given by the Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman of the concerned municipality.

C) Verified photocopy of computer training certificates with verified photocopies of all educational qualifications and experiences (if any).

D) Characteristics by the first class gazetted officer named by the seal.

E) If the freedom fighters are subjected to the freedom fighters under the government policy, the freedom fighters’ quota candidates with the prescribed form, national identity card, birth certificate, freedom fighter certificate, liberation, gazette, ministry certificate, freedom fighter. The certified copy of the certificate issued by the Mayor/UP chairman of the first class gazetted officer/municipality should be submitted to the application form on the verified copy and relationship with the freedom fighter.

8. From any branch of Sonali Bank along with the application form, the Deputy Commissioner, Jhenaidah, will have to submit a bank draft (paymentable) of 500/- TK
9. The job candidates should apply through the appropriate authority. In this case no advance copy will be acceptable.
10. The delayed application form and defective/incomplete application form will be deemed to be canceled.
11. According to the government policy, all the quota provisions will be followed for the freedom fighters/women/Ansar VDP/Orphans/Physically disabled/small ethnic group candidates. In this case, the candidate will have to submit a certified copy of the certificate/credentials given by the appropriate authority in support of his quota claim. Otherwise he will be considered as a general candidate.
12. If the appointment of the job by hiding any information or providing incorrect information, the appointment of the concerned candidate will be canceled and strict legal action will be taken against him.
