- Educational Qualifications:
FOR POST 1
- 4 (four) years Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with CGPA with second class or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Information Communication Technology related subject from a recognized University.
- Minimum 04 (Four) years service as Senior Computer Operator/Assistant Programmer/Assistant Maintenance Engineer in any Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous/Statutory Organization.
- At least 03 (three) years experience in programming is required. In this case, proficiency in Stata programming will be considered an additional qualification.
FOR POST 2
Graduate from a recognized university or H. S. C/S. S.
6 years experience as Assistant Clerk or Typist.

Graduate from a recognized university with good past experience in English. Candidate should be computer trained (MS Ward, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point, Internet Browsing, email etc.)
