- Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authorities. Select the Departmental Candidate option while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions of the candidates employed in the tax department.have to do This condition does not apply to others. However all the employed candidates have to submit the original copy of no objection letter issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. No advance copy will be accepted in this case.
- Written and Oral Test will be conducted for all posts. However, candidates who have passed the written and practical test for the posts listed in the order number 1, 2 and 3 and those candidates who have passed the written test for the posts listed in the order number 4, 5 and 6 will be considered eligible for the oral test.
- A candidate is not eligible to apply if he is not a citizen of Bangladesh or is married or committed to a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court on charges of moral turpitude.
- Quota will be reserved as per government policy. The recruitment process will be completed as per the decision taken by the government regarding the quota.
- Verification of Candidate’s Eligibility: If any information provided by the candidate or any documents submitted by the candidate is found to be fake, falsified or inconsistency/inconsistency with the minimum conditions sought in the notification/proved to be false or if any of the documents submitted by the candidate are found to be false/false or forgery or malpractice in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate action will be taken against him/her.
