Eligibility
1. To apply in BWDB job circular 2024, the candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
2. General candidates should be between 18 to 30 years of age. In case of freedom fighter, disabled or tribal quota the maximum age should be 32 years.
3. You must have educational qualification and experience as per BWDB Circular 2024.

বাংলাদেশ পানি উন্নয়ন বোর্ড Authority BWDB Job Application must be filled online. But BWDB authorities will not accept your application if you do not apply as per the job circular instructions. So if you want to apply online properly through https://orms.BWDB.gov.bd/orms/ website for the BWDB job circular 2024, then follow below steps.
1. Online application form filling/submission and examination fee submission deadline: 07/02/2024 AD (Wednesday) Application submission and examination fee can be submitted up to 4:00 PM. Candidates who have received final result by 07/02/2024 AD only are eligible to apply[] Appeared/Candidates whose final result has not been published are not eligible to apply. Permanent residents of Jamalpur, Narail, Madaripur, Sirajganj, Manikganj, Jhalkathi, Gopalganj, Patuakhali and Barisal districts are not eligible to apply due to non-availability. However, orphanage residents and physically challenged candidates of all districts can apply.
2. Age Limit: Applicant age should be between 18 years to 30 years as on 01/01/2024. Upper age limit is 32 (thirty two) years in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. However, in the case of candidates who are sons and daughters (grandsons) of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters, the age should be between 18 years and 30 years.
Age limit is relaxable in case of departmental candidates. The definition of departmental candidate shall be determined by the existing rules or laws of the Government or the notification/circular relating thereto. No testimonial/affidavit other than SSC/equivalent certificate will be accepted for age proof.
3. Written Test and Admit Card: Initially eligible candidates will have to appear in the selective written test. After the scheduled time, the candidate can download and print the Admit Card containing the photo, roll number, exam venue and date using his User ID & Password. The venue, date and time of the written examination will be published in due course on the website.
4. Oral Test and Practical Test where applicable: Candidates who qualify the written test will have to appear in the Oral Test and subject wise practical test where applicable. The venue, date and schedule of the Oral/Practical Examination will be intimated on the BAPAUBO website in due course. Note that no separate admit card will be issued for Oral/Practical Examination.
5. Candidate’s Photograph: Candidate must upload the recently taken color photograph online. No color background can be used in the image Upload color image with clear facial features on white background. It is specially noted that the authority reserves the right to cancel the validity of the candidate if any photograph other than the freshly taken color photograph is used.
6. Regarding Document Submission: No supporting documents need to be submitted online at the time of application. Candidates who have passed the written test i.e. candidates selected for oral test only have to submit attested copies of all educational qualifications along with certificate-numbers mentioned in the required educational qualification and experience column and show the originals at the time of oral test. Moreover, National Identity Card (NID), Citizenship Certificate, Character certificate issued by class officer, attested copy of equivalency certificate issued by University Grants Commission in case of degree obtained from foreign educational institution and original copy must be produced. As the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter, the applicant has to submit copies of all certificates related to the concerned freedom fighter and show the original. Also, Physically Handicapped, Orphanage Residents, Ansar and Village Defense Members and Minority Candidates have to submit copies of relevant certificates and show originals.
7. Regarding Clearance/No Objection Letter: Official seal, signature and date of the appointing authority in case of candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations Apply online after receiving the no objection letter. The candidate shall keep the said no objection letter and submit it during the oral examination.
8. Regarding Departmental Candidates: In case of departmental candidates, permission of appropriate authority should be obtained along with the above documents. Apply through Online after receiving permission. The candidate shall retain the said permission slip and submit it at the time of oral examination.
9. Multiple candidates are advised not to apply by logging in at the same time on one device. The authorities will not be responsible for any complications related to application submission and payment due to such activities
